Want more of my time?

The Hands-on plan is $299 a month in place of the $99: two hours of my time each month, a monthly call and same-day replies.

Can I cancel?: Any time, in Settings. There's no fee, your system keeps working through the month you've paid for, and you have 30 days after that to download everything.
What if it isn't right for me?: Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and I'll refund your first month in full.
How much can I use the assistant?: Your plan includes everyday use. If you have a very busy month, simple requests (lists, reminders, events, what's on) keep working, and the full assistant is back on the 1st.
Is my information private?: Yes. Your system has its own address and sign-in, and it's private from the start: I see counts, never what's inside. If you want me to look at something with you, you can let me in for 24 hours, and it closes on its own.
What if I want something that isn't on the list?: Tell me from inside your system. I reply within one business day with a quote, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Can I switch to Built for you later?: Yes. Ask me any time and I'll set things up with you, starting from what you already have.
